                          熏馬肉是新疆地區的特產之一,馬肉可謂是哈薩克族美食中的一絕。哈薩克語叫蘇熱特,產自美麗的伊犁大草原,以素有天馬之稱的伊犁馬為原料。熏馬肉做法是先將馬肉剁成塊狀,撒上鹽,用繩子串起來,掛在一間土房的木架上,地面上堆放天山松枝,用暗火熏,直到肉脫干水分即可,味道濃郁,色澤艷麗,芳香四溢。
